نحن نحترم خصوصيتك بشكل كامل. لا يقوم هذا التطبيق بجمع، أو تخزين، أو تتبع، أو مشاركة أي بيانات شخصية خاصة بك مع أي جهات خارجية. يتطلب التطبيق الاتصال بالإنترنت فقط للتحقق من المشتريات داخل التطبيق عبر خدمات آبل (Apple) الرسمية والآمنة، ولمزامنة تقدمك في التعلم عبر حساب iCloud الشخصي الخاص بك. نحن لا نملك أي خوادم (Servers) خاصة ولا يمكننا الوصول إلى بياناتك.

الغرض من التطبيق (أداة مساعدة تعليمية)

تم تصميم هذا التطبيق ليكون أداة مساعدة تعليمية للتحضير للاختبار النظري للقيادة. المعلومات الواردة في التطبيق مبنية على قواعد المرور العامة، ولكنها لا تعتبر بديلاً عن المناهج الرسمية لمدارس تعليم القيادة أو القوانين المرورية الصادرة عن الجهات الحكومية المختصة.

إخلاء المسؤولية القانونية (مهم جداً)

استخدامك لهذا التطبيق يقع على مسؤوليتك الشخصية بالكامل. مطور التطبيق يخلي مسؤوليته القانونية التامة عن أي حوادث مرورية، أو مخالفات، أو أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة قد تحدث لك أو لغيرك. كما لا يضمن التطبيق اجتيازك للاختبار الرسمي للقيادة، حيث يعتمد ذلك على قدراتك واستيعابك الشخصي.
